Your dashboard shows the service time included in your plan so you can see how much capacity is still available.

Who this is for

  • live customers using the dashboard

  • customers who want to understand their available plan capacity

  • customers who see multiple balances and want to know what they mean

What this article covers

  • where to find your remaining time

  • why you may see different balances

  • how to think about what you are seeing

Where remaining time appears

Your dashboard shows the remaining service time connected to your plan.

That is where you can review what is still available and track your usage over time.

Why you may see more than one balance

Most customers will see separate service balances because Managed Time and Growth Time are tracked separately.

One balance reflects the time used for keeping the current live site up to date, while the other reflects the time available for structured site growth.

What to do if you are not sure what a balance means

If you can see a balance but are not sure how to interpret it, the best next step is to review the service-bucket articles that explain what each type of time is for.

FAQ

Why did my remaining time change?

Your remaining time changes as work is completed and tracked against the right service bucket.

Why do I see two different balances?

Because Managed Time and Growth Time are separate parts of your plan and are tracked separately.
