Order Form
This Order Form states the terms of the order a business ("Customer") places online with Bureau Enterprise LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which provides its services under the name "Sites" ("Sites"), for one website.
In plain English. This page is your order: the plan, the term, the price and what is included. It ranks first if anything else disagrees. The rules about how the service works are in the Customer Agreement, and the detailed money rules are in the Billing Terms.
1. The Order
1.1 What the order is. Customer places an order by completing Sites' online signup form and checkout. The order consists of the business name, website address, contact name, email address and phone number Customer enters; the plan and term Customer selects; the amounts shown at checkout; and Customer's acceptance of the documents in Section 7. Sites records the order, and gives Customer a copy of the order details it recorded on request. The contact email address Customer enters is the address Sites uses for notices, receipts and, where email is included, mailbox passwords.
1.2 One order, one website. Each order covers one website, with its own plan, term and price.
2. Plan, Term And Price
2.1 The plan and the term. Customer selects one plan (Essential, Professional or Premium) and one term, 6 months or 12 months. The term is billed monthly. Sites does not sell any other term. The monthly price depends on the plan and the term:
Plan | 12-month term | 6-month term |
|---|---|---|
Essential | $199/month | $239/month |
Professional | $349/month | $419/month |
Premium | $549/month | $659/month |
Prices are exclusive of tax. Any tax is shown at checkout or on the invoice.
2.2 When the monthly plan starts. The term and the monthly plan start at go-live, the day Sites makes the website live (Customer Agreement Section 8.1). They do not start at signup or when the build begins. After the selected term, the service continues month to month at the same monthly price (Customer Agreement Section 8.4).
2.3 What is due at signup. At signup Customer pays the first month of the selected plan, plus any tax shown at checkout. There is no setup fee. That payment covers the first month of service after go-live, and the first monthly invoice follows one month after go-live. The first month is charged exactly once. The rules for a refunded or disputed first payment are in Customer Agreement Section 11.
3. What The Plan Includes
Every plan includes the website build, moving an existing website within the plan's allowance, integrations, monthly Updates, mailboxes on Customer's domain, reporting, support by chat and email, and 2 rounds of pre-launch revisions. Professional and Premium also include an online store. The detail is in Customer Agreement Sections 3 to 7. In brief:
Essential | Professional | Premium | |
|---|---|---|---|
Updates per month | 4 | 10 | 20 |
Online store | Not included | Included | Included |
3.1 Moving more pages. Moving more pages than the plan includes costs $25 per month for each block of 10 additional pages, the same on both terms. Blocks within the plan's limit are added at signup from the size of the current website Customer states, and are shown at checkout: Essential 1 block, Professional 2 blocks, Premium 2 blocks. The regular monthly amount with these blocks is at most $709 (Premium on the 6-month term plus 2 blocks). Any further block needs Customer's written approval (Customer Agreement Section 5.3).
3.2 Email. The number of mailboxes included, and the rates for additional mailboxes, storage and email migration, are those published on Sites' pricing page at signup, or confirmed by Sites in writing before email is set up (Customer Agreement Section 6.1).
3.3 Nothing else without approval. Anything not described in this Order Form needs Customer's approval before it is charged.
4. Cancelling
Customer cancels by email to support@joinsites.com or legal@joinsites.com, or by chat. Sites confirms the cancellation in writing. The term is binding: a cancellation during the term takes effect at the end of the term, with monthly billing until then and no early-termination fee (Customer Agreement Section 8.5 and 8.6).
5. Notices, Law And Courts
Notices to Sites: legal@joinsites.com. Support and billing requests: support@joinsites.com or chat. Notices to Customer: the business contact email address on Customer's account (Customer Agreement Section 23). The agreement is governed by Wyoming law, and legal actions go to the courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming (Customer Agreement Section 24).
6. Ownership
Ownership of the website build does not pass at signup. After 12 paid months, on request, Sites hands over Customer's content, images and a full copy of the website's design, and helps move Customer's domain (Customer Agreement Section 14.8). A 6-month term does not reach 12 paid months unless the service continues month to month.
7. The Documents Customer Accepts
By completing signup, Customer accepts this Order Form together with the following documents, at the version shown at signup:
This Order Form
Customer Agreement
Billing Terms
Website Terms of Use
Privacy Policy
Cookie Policy
Accessibility Statement
The order of precedence is in Customer Agreement Section 2.3. Acceptance is captured before payment and the version accepted is recorded. Sites may update the documents on 30 days' email notice (Customer Agreement Section 25.2). If the documents are updated between the moment Customer opens the signup form and the moment Customer submits it, the signup is refused rather than accepted against an out-of-date version, and Customer is asked to refresh the page and try again.
8. Special Terms
A special term applies only if Sites agrees it in writing for the website (Customer Agreement Section 2.5). Nothing said in a sales call, support message or marketing page is a special term.
9. Acceptance
Customer accepts the order electronically by completing signup and checkout. The person completing signup confirms that they are authorised to bind the business named in the order. Sites accepts the order by collecting the first payment or, where none is collected, by beginning work.
